About the Project

In our role at Mont Rochelle, we were tasked with transforming the dining experience to align with high-end bistro standards. This involved a comprehensive refinement of all menus, focusing on quality and presentation while ensuring that food costs remained manageable. Over a four-month period, we conducted extensive market research and collaborated closely with staff to implement these changes effectively. A key component of this project was the recruitment of a new head chef who could bring fresh ideas and leadership to the kitchen. Additionally, we refreshed the breakfast menu to offer more diverse and appealing options for guests. Our efforts resulted in a notable enhancement of the restaurant's reputation, drawing in both locals and tourists eager to experience the elevated culinary offerings at Mont Rochelle.
