About the Project
At Daruma By Oskido, we embarked on an exciting journey of culinary enhancement and operational improvement. Our first initiative was to update the breakfast menu by introducing new items that cater to evolving customer preferences while maintaining high standards of quality. We also restructured and redesigned the Teppanyaki section to create a more engaging dining experience for guests. In addition to menu enhancements, we focused on refining the procurement process for crockery and cutlery, ensuring that all dining elements align with the restaurant's aesthetic and functionality goals. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently in the process of hiring a new head chef who will bring fresh ideas and leadership to the kitchen. Furthermore, we are assisting with setting up a brand-new store, ensuring that all operational systems are in place for a successful launch and smooth day-to-day operations.
