About the Project

At Dimples Dumpling House, we played a pivotal role in setting up for the launch of a new franchise while enhancing existing operations. Our initial focus was on conducting an intensive In-N-Out training session centred around the breakfast menu, ensuring that staff were well-prepared to deliver high-quality dishes from day one. We also collaborated closely with the team to design an appealing menu that reflects the brand's identity and culinary vision. Recognising the importance of operational consistency, we emphasised the establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standard recipes. This structured approach not only facilitates smooth operations but also ensures that every dish meets quality expectations. Our efforts contributed significantly to a successful franchise opening, laying a solid foundation for future growth.
