About the Project

At the Vineyard Hotel, we oversee the comprehensive operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Our responsibilities include managing both back and front of house staff, which involves regular training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards. Every six months, we develop innovative menus for multiple outlets, reflecting seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. We also establish standard operating procedures that enhance efficiency and consistency across all dining experiences. Furthermore, we manage the integration of new kitchen equipment, ensuring that our culinary team has the best tools available. Our role extends to sourcing high-quality food and beverage suppliers, as well as operational equipment, which is crucial for maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence. This holistic approach not only elevates guest satisfaction but also reinforces the Vineyard Hotel's status as a premier destination in Cape Town's hospitality scene.
